Shipping Policy

- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

- Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot make changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed.

- Lost or Stolen Packages: Destinee’s District is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. For such issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

- Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
