Refunds & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

We do not offer refunds, store credits, or order modifications once a purchase has been completed.

Please ensure all product details and sizing are correct before completing your order.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot make changes to the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Destinee’s District is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. For such issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.


Pickup Policy

Pickup Window: All pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be returned to inventory and may be resold. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Pickup Hours: Evening pickups are available daily between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Pickup Locations:

-Tuscaloosa, AL (shop’s home base – standard location)

-Selma, AL (available on weekends only)

-Please contact us in advance to confirm pickup arrangements, especially if picking up outside of Tuscaloosa, AL.
